Prices are per company, in USD, and billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Applicable taxes are extra. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date, except that Elevate and Unify monthly plans have a 3 month minimum term. Founding prices are locked for 12 months from your start date. Custom-designed handbooks are delivered over time: on Elevate, 2 at launch and then 1 more each month you're with us, up to 5; on Unify, 3 at launch and then 1 more each month, up to 8. Earlier delivery is available for a one-time fee. Updates done for you, including the Core add-on, are small revisions to existing handbooks or hub content; help with the hub itself is support, not an update; new handbooks, new sections, redesigns and large rewrites are quoted separately, and unused updates don't carry over. Support is unlimited on every plan, and we aim to reply within 24 hours. Full billing, cancellation, and refund terms are confirmed in writing before you start. Core and Elevate cover up to 100 people, and larger teams are quoted separately.
Our team designs and organizes content you provide. We do not write, review, or approve policies. You supply and approve all policy wording and summaries; we design and format them. Your full, approved policy is always the official version. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, human resources, or compliance advice. You provide and approve all content, and you are responsible for its accuracy, for having it reviewed by a qualified professional where needed, and for having the right to use it. Core and Elevate hold only the content you provide, such as policies, logos, and photos, and do not store employee personal records. Access to those plans is by company or team codes that you control, so please leave confidential details such as pay information out of your hub. Contact buttons open your team member's own email or phone, and we do not store those messages. Anonymous insights count page views and searches without identifying anyone. Unify is in development, and its features may change before launch. It will store the employee details needed to run it, and its privacy terms will be shared with you before you start. Results depend on how your team uses the hub, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
